Hello! Welcome to Hinze Revival! My husband Todd and I began our rental property business 10 years ago in the greater Columbus, Ohio area after seeing significant growth in downtown neighborhoods. Some properties we fix up, some we flip, but most we hold & rent.
We love helping someone find that perfect place to live and it is always exciting to meet new people. Columbus has an interesting history and beautiful older homes, giving some of our renovations special meaning to us. We’ve done remodels on homes with really cool stories, some which I write about on my blog.
