Hi! Maybe you saw how we worked with a couple of great clients on the re-design of their bungalow. We finished and wanted to post updated photos of the new space! This home required wall removal, basement stair removal, and an entirely new layout to an open floor plan that utilized their square footage more efficiently.
As you can see, the basement stairs were moved to allow for a larger kitchen/dining area and large island.
Once the new laoyout was configigured, the space opened up and took on a new life.

The original floors in the Living room were sanded down and stained to match the new kitchen hardwood floors, unifying the space.

The almost finished kitchen. The clients loved the idea of a hood, and I really think it made the space have a luxury feel without compromising on space. The grey cabinets were beautiful as well!
